When I pick up my card, I see the message, but the image never appears.
The above scenario may be accompanied by the appearance of a "broken" image link where the image should be seen. There are a number of reasons why this situation may occur. These include:
  • The Internet is very busy and high traffic levels are slowing down the delivery of images from our site
  • There is a problem with one of our servers which loads the image files
  • There is trouble with a main Internet data-transmission line.
Sometimes the solution to this problem may be as simple as clicking on the RELOAD (or REFRESH) button on your browser. Waiting a few minutes between RELOADS may be all that is needed for this problem to pass.

If after a few attempts, this does not correct the problem, please report this situation to us by email at:comments@regards.com

Generally, this situation is only temporary, and usually corrects itself within 20-30 minutes.

We appreciate your patience when this rare situation occurs.

Note: Another possible cause of this problem is if the sender of your greeting card has included their own image in the card (not an image from our site), and they have submitted an incorrect address for the image file. In this case, the problem is not a result of Internet congestion, or a server problem, and the image on the card will not become visible by hitting the RELOAD button or by waiting for the problem to pass.
