I never received notification that my card was picked up by the recipient.
If you selected the option to be notified by email when your card is picked up by the recipient, an email notice will be sent to the address that you entered in the box labeled "Your email address" (when you were creating the card).

NOTE: Pick-up notices are ONLY sent to you when the card is actually viewed by your recipient, NOT when the email notification is delivered into your recipients mailbox. This way, you know exactly when the card is viewed. Greeting card notices are normally delivered immediately after you create your card, however, often, recipients do not check their email right away.

If your email address is incorrectly entered in the box, the notification cannot be correctly delivered.
