	This secton is designed to provide you with answers to the most common questions sent to us by users like yourself. We hope this is helpful in answering your question, but, if you're still stuck, don't hesitate to send us your question by email at any time.

How long will my card remain on your system?     Due to space limitations on our web-server, and the enormous quantity of cards that are sent each day, we can only keep greeting cards on-line for 3-4 weeks. Generally, we maintain cards on our system for 3-4 weeks depending on the time of year, and the traffic level on the site. During busy holiday seasons, cards may only remain on-line for 3 weeks. Other times, cards may remain on-line for 4 weeks or more. Note:If a greeting card has been sent, and 2 weeks pass before the card is picked up, we will send a 2nd notification to the recipient reminding them that there is a greeting card waiting for them on our site. Once a card has been picked up and viewed, it will only remain on our site for 7-10 days, after which time it will be deleted.
