I entered my message ID and it says "Invalid Message ID". What does this mean?
   
This message is received if you enter an incorrect message ID when attempting to pick-up a greeting card.

There are 2 possible reasons for receiving this message:
  • The actual ID you are entering has been incorrectly typed, and our system cannot find the greeting card.

    Be certain that the message ID you are entering is exactly as it is printed in the email notification you received.

  • The greeting card is older than 3 or 4 weeks, and has possibly already been deleted from our system.

    Check the date printed inside the email notification you received. If the card has been mailed over 3 weeks ago, it has most likely been removed from our system.
